Maintenance Fees
Southwood Property Owners Association, Inc. (Master Association) annual maintenance fees are announced in the December newsletter and are due on January 1.

Late fees, plus interest, are charged if fees are not paid in a timely manner.
Annual Meetings
Each year, two annual meetings are held—one for each block and one for the Master Association. In accordance with Florida law, notices and ballots are mailed to all owners twice before each meeting.
It is each owner’s responsibility to vote for candidates nominated by the respective Boards and vote on all other proxy/ballot items enclosed in the annual meeting packet. Please follow the instructions as provided. Due to the cost of rescheduling annual meetings, it is important that if you cannot attend the meeting in person, you return all documents as outlined in the annual meeting packet. As a homeowner, it is your responsibility to vote for board-nominated candidates and any other proxy/ballot items included in the meeting packet. *Online voting is now available.
