Southwood is a vibrant community consisting of six blocks, each contributing to the neighborhood's unique charm. Our block’s homes were built in the late 1980s and early 1990s, featuring the Mediterranean-style architecture found in Blocks 1 through 5, while Block 6 showcases individually designed custom homes. Every block, except Block 6, includes a community pool. Residents collectively own the streets, drainage facilities, streetlights, and preserve areas.

Southwood Property Owners Association (SPOA), also known as the Master Association, SPOA manages the maintenance of Southwood’s perimeter, roads, lake pumps, and other shared spaces. Timberline Committee – This committee oversees the entrance to Southwood from U.S. 41 via Timberline Boulevard. It includes members from the SPOA Master Association and the gated communities of Whitestone and Stone Castle.
